Xxxxxx Shareholders the holders of Xxxxxx Shares;

Xxxxxx Shareholders means the holders of Xxxxxx Shares, including the holders of SDRs;

Xxxxxx Shareholders means the holder of Xxxxxx Shares other than Virginia, and "Xxxxxx Shareholder" means any one of them;

Xxxxxx Shareholders means the registered holders of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx from time to time;

Xxxxxx Shareholders means the holders of Xxxxxx Shares, as of immediately prior to the Closing Date, registered as such in the register of shareholders of Xxxxxx.
