Management Shareholders definition

Management Shareholders means Xxxxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx.

Management Shareholders has the meaning ascribed to it in the Preamble to this Agreement.
