Xxxxxx Interests definition

Xxxxxx Interests means Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and his siblings, their descendants and any relative by marriage of the foregoing, and any trust for the benefit of any of the foregoing whether as an income or residual beneficiary.

Xxxxxx Interests has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Xxxxxx Interests means, individually, collectively, or in any combination, The Estate of Xxx X. Xxxxxx, Deceased, Xxx X. Xxxxxx’x descendants, the heirs and/or legatees and/or distributees of Xxx X. Xxxxxx’x estate, and/or trusts (including, without limitation, one or more voting trusts) established for the benefit of Xxx X. Xxxxxx’x descendants, heirs and/or legatees and/or distributees.

Xxxxxx Interests means, collectively, all right, title and interest in and to (i) the LBHI Reinstated Participation Interest, (ii) the 2010 Participation Interest and (ii) the Secondary Xxxxxx Interest.

Xxxxxx Interests means 100% of the outstanding membership interests of Xxxxxx and any other ownership interests in Xxxxxx.

Xxxxxx Interests means all right title and interest of Xxxxxx in the LLC, consisting of a 1% membership interest in the LLC.

Xxxxxx Interests and “Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx” shall have the meanings provided in the Preliminary Statements.
