Xxxxx Project definition

Xxxxx Project means on-going development project of the Corporation to construct and operate the Xxxxx mining and production facility.

Xxxxx Project means any activities of the Corporation or any of its Affiliates that involve or are related to any type of exploration, evaluation, development of resources and/or reserves, mining, processing, sale or transporting of polyhalite and produced potassium or sulphate materials and related activities, and the providing of services related thereto, in each case in Lea County, New Mexico, including financing activities, general administrative management and operational activities to advance the financing and development of the project.

Xxxxx Project meanss any Mining Activities conducted in Lea County, New Mexico.

Xxxxx Project means the approximately 1,000 megawatt (nominal nameplate) natural gas-fired combined-cycle electric generating plant located in Paris, Texas known as the “Xxxxx Energy Center,” together with all auxiliary equipment, ancillary and associated facilities and equipment, electrical transformers, pipeline and electrical interconnection and metering facilities (whether owned or leased by Xxxxx) used for the receipt of fuel and water and the delivery of the electrical output of said generating plant, and all other improvements related to the ownership, operation and maintenance of said generating plant and associated equipment.

Xxxxx Project means the Exit Strategy Project located in Wells, Maine.

Xxxxx Project has the meaning given in the recitals to this Agreement.
