Written Reports promptly upon receipt or publication thereof, any written reports submitted to the Company by independent public accountants in connection with an annual or interim audit of the books of the Company and its Subsidiaries made by such accountants or by consultants or other experts in connection with such consultant's or other expert's review of the Company's operations or industry, and written reports prepared by the Company to comply with other investment or loan agreements;
