Certain Realized Losses on and certain other shortfalls in respect of the Assets will be allocated on any Distribution Date to Holders of Subordinated Certificates by allocation to the related Certificates of a Writedown Amount in the manner set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
The "Writedown Amount" for any Distribution Date will be the amount, if any, by which the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of all Certificates, after all distributions have been made on the Certificates on such Distribution Date, exceeds the Pool Scheduled Principal Balance of the Assets for the next Distribution Date.
