Working Capital Lender definition

Working Capital Lender means any Lender that has a Working Capital Commitment.
Working Capital Lender means Silicon Valley Bank or another commercial bank regularly engaged in the business of lending money (excluding venture capital lenders, non-bank venture capital lenders, investment banking or similar institutions which sometimes engage in lending activities but which are primarily engaged in investments in equity securities) party to a Working Capital Intercreditor Agreement.
Working Capital Lender has the meaning given to it in Section 8.

More Definitions of Working Capital Lender

Working Capital Lender means a Working Capital A Lender, a Working Capital B-1 Lender, a Working Capital B-2 Lender, a Working Capital B-3 Lender or a Canadian Lender.
Working Capital Lender means a Lender having a Working Capital Loan Commitment.
Working Capital Lender means each Lender with an outstanding (i) Working Capital Loan, and/or (ii) Working Capital Commitment.
Working Capital Lender shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 9.07(g) hereof.
Working Capital Lender means GE Capital and its successors and assigns.
