Warrant Stock definition

Warrant Stock means Common Stock issuable upon exercise of any Warrant or Warrants or otherwise issuable pursuant to any Warrant or Warrants.

• All of Your issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock, Warrant Stock or any other securities have been duly authorized and validly issued and are fully paid and nonassessable.

• We may pay for the Warrant Stock by either (i) cash or check, or (ii) by the net issuance method as determined below.
