Voting Proxy definition

Voting Proxy means that certain Irrevocable Proxy by Seller in favor of one of the Subordinated Creditors, with respect to the voting rights and related rights of the Exchange Shares.
Voting Proxy means depositing any Shareholder Securities into a voting trust; or granting any proxy or power of attorney, or entering into a voting agreement or other arrangement, with respect to the voting of any Shareholder Securities. More Definitions of Voting Proxy
