Voting Trust Agreement definition

Voting Trust Agreement means the Voting Trust Agreement entered into ---------------------- as of April 15, 1996 by and among Xxxxxx X. Xxxx; Xxxxx X. Xxxx, Xx.; Xxxxx X. Xxxx, Xx.; and F. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx as the Voting Trustees and the stockholders of LSAI Holding Corp. who are parties thereto.

Voting Trust Agreement means the agreement, dated as of December 20, 2023, among DNT Asset Trust, as purchaser, Lord Securities Corporation, as trustee, and Institutional Shareholder Services Inc., as voting consultant, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Voting Trust Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4.2 hereof.

• This certificate is issued under and pursuant to, and the rights of the registered holder hereof are subject to and limited by, the terms and conditions of the Voting Trust Agreement.
