Vending Vehicle definition

Vending Vehicle means a Motor Vehicle licensed by the Township from which tobacco products and refreshments are sold or offered for sale to the public and is meant to travel from place to place.
Vending Vehicle means a VEHICLE over 120 kilograms in weight, from which goods, wares, merchandise, produce, food or other edible substances or beverages are sold or offered for sale.
Vending Vehicle means a vehicle-mounted food service establishment designed to be driven on public streets under its own power. These include but are not limited to self- contained units and mobile food trucks.
