Push Cart definition

Push Cart. Means a retail food establishment that is a non-motorized unit designed so foods are served from the exterior of the unit, which is intended to physically report to and operate from a commissary for servicing, restocking and maintenance each operating day. Pushcarts shall be limited to cooking approved menu items and serving commercially prepared or commissary prepared food that will result in simple assembly.
Push Cart means the sale of food and/or non-alcoholic beverages from a cart pushed or moved by hand, dolly or other manual method, which is used for the purpose of transporting, preparing, processing or converting food for immediate consumption as a walk-up service.
Push Cart means a hand-operated display device used or intended to be used for transporting, storing, displaying and selling of food and/or beverages. The display device or hand-operated push cart may be towed to the site, but it must be small enough to be movable off the site by hand by the licensed operator.
