Valid Card definition

Valid Card is a Card that is (i) properly issued under the authority of a Card Network (not counterfeit); (ii) “current” according to any beginning and expiration dates on the Card; (iii) signed by the Cardholder named on the front or other authorized signer, or in the case of CNP Transactions, in compliance with the applicable Operating Rules; (iv) not listed at the time of a Transaction in a warning bulletin or notice issued by a Card Network; and (v) not visibly altered or mutilated when physically present at the POS.
Valid Card means an unexpired card issued by any institution designated to issue a Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron or other card as may be specified by the bank from time to time provided that the card is not listed in a current warning or restricted card bulletins or notices and bears the signature of the person in whose name the card is personalized.
Valid Card means a Credit Card which is issued by the Bank and has not expired, not been damaged or been cancelled by the Bank or Cardmember.

Valid Card means a Card, which, on the date Supplies are provided to the Card User has not expired, and either:
