USERRA means the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994. Notwithstanding any provision of this Plan to the contrary, effective December 12, 1994, contributions, benefits and service credit with respect to qualified military service will be provided in accordance with Code Section 414(u).
USERRA. ’ means the federal uniformed services employment and reemployment rights act of 1994 as in effect on July 1, 1998.
