Unit Warrants definition

Unit Warrants means the Class A Warrants and the Class B Warrants.
Unit Warrants means, collectively, the warrants issued to the investors in the Offering, as more fully described in the Purchase Agreement.
Unit Warrants means the Class A Warrants and Class B Warrants that are components of the Unit, and such Unit Warrants are exercisable at $____ as to the Class A Warrants and $____ as to the Class B Warrants.

Unit Warrants means the unit warrants, in the form of Exhibit F, to purchase Additional Units.
