Option Warrants definition

Option Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a).
Option Warrants and together with the Firm Warrants, the “Warrants”), which may be purchased in any combination of Option Shares and/or the Option Warrants. The Option Shares and the Option Warrants, as well as the Common Shares issuable upon exercise of the Option Warrants, are hereinafter referred to as the “Option Securities.” The Securities and the Option Securities are collectively referred to as the “Public Securities.” The Public Securities shall be issued directly by the Company and shall have the rights and privileges described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus referred to below. The offering and sale of the Public Securities is herein referred to as the “Offering.”
Option Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(a). "Over-Allotment Option" shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2.

Examples of Option Warrants in a sentence

  • If the Compensation Option Warrants are accelerated prior to the exercise of the Compensation Option, each Compensation Option Warrant will expire 30 days after the date of exercise of the Compensation Option.

  • Upon exercise of the Option, the Company will become obligated to convey to the Underwriters, and, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Underwriters will become obligated to purchase, the number of Option Shares and/or Option Warrants specified in such notice.

More Definitions of Option Warrants

Option Warrants has the meaning ascribed thereto in the third paragraph of this Agreement;

Option Warrants means the Series A Warrants and the Series B Warrants, issued pursuant to the Option to purchase 1,000,000 shares of Common Stock.
Option Warrants means, collectively, the Common Share purchase warrants of the Company issued and certified hereunder entitling holders thereof to receive, upon the exercise of one (1) such Common Share purchase warrant, one (1) Common Share subject to adjustment in accordance with Article 4 hereof;
