Unfunded Capital Expenditures definition

Unfunded Capital Expenditures means, as to any Borrower, without duplication, a Capital Expenditure funded (a) from such Borrower’s internally generated cash flow or (b) with the proceeds of a Revolving Advance or Swing Loan.
Unfunded Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures made with Internally Generated Funds and, for the avoidance of doubt, not including Capital Expenditures funded through or by funds provided by any Customer or supplier for such purpose.
Unfunded Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures made through Revolving Advances or out of Borrowers’ own funds other than through equity contributed subsequent to the Closing Date or purchase money or other financing or lease transactions permitted hereunder.

  • Borrower shall have a maximum aggregate amount of Unfunded Capital Expenditures for the 2009 fiscal year no greater than $8,000,000.

Unfunded Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures other than Capital Expenditures that are specifically financed by lenders other than the Lenders hereunder within 60 days of the date such amount became a Capital Expenditure.
