Capital Expenditure Reserve definition

Capital Expenditure Reserve means, on an annual basis, an amount equal to $0.15 per square foot for each property owned by a Borrower or the Parent (or a Subsidiary thereof).
Capital Expenditure Reserve means, as of any Calculation Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the gross leasable area (in square feet) contained in each Unencumbered Asset measured as of the last day of each of the immediately preceding four (4) calendar quarters and averaged, multiplied by (ii) $0.15. Capital Expenditure Reserve shall be calculated on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP and shall include (without duplication) the Equity Percentage of Capital Expenditure Reserve for the Borrower’s Unconsolidated Affiliates.

Capital Expenditure Reserve means, on an annual basis, an amount equal to (a) the aggregate number of beds available for lease in each Real Property parcel owned by Borrower or any Subsidiary measured as of the last day of each of the immediately preceding four (4) calendar quarters and averaged, multiplied by (b) $125.00.

When the Capital Expenditure Reserve is used in computing an amount with respect to a period which is shorter than a year, said amount shall be appropriately pro rated.
