Trust 1 means the registered managed investment scheme known as Abacus Trust ARSN 096 572 128;
Trust 1 means the registered managed investment scheme known as Abacus Storage Property Trust ARSN 111 629 559;
Trust 1 has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Trust Property means as of any particular time any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which at such time is owned or held by or for the account of the Trust or the Trustees in such capacity.
