Transit Vehicles definition

Transit Vehicles means recognized transit agency buses, rubber-wheeled trolleys, and vans used for mass transportation under applicable Laws. The current recognized transit agencies in the Dallas Area are DART, DCTA and the “T.”
Transit Vehicles means all passenger vehicles that are owned or operated by Pierce Transit for use by the general public or by registered SHUTTLE passengers.
