Transferred Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.2.

More Definitions of Transferred Materials

Transferred Materials means any and all of the biological and chemical materials and components used for or created as a result of the Development, manufacturing or Commercialization of the Product Controlled by Seller and relating solely and exclusively to the Product, including any work in progress, API, work product, inventory (including clinical supplies), master cell banks and working cell banks, as set forth in Exhibit 8 or in the Technology Transition Plan.

Transferred Materials means the items listed on Exhibit C of this Agreement.

Transferred Materials means, for the purposes of the XOMA Covenant and the restrictions applicable thereto, the Dyax Libraries, any Dyax Antibodies, Dyax Antibody Information or the product of the practice of any method that in each of the foregoing cases is within the scope of the XOMA Patent Rights.

Transferred Materials means those materials listed on Appendix 3, which may be updated from time to time upon mutual written agreement of an authorized signatory of each of CMCC and Licensee.
