Starting Materials definition

Starting Materials means raw materials or any other product of animal origin out of which, or with the help of which, the devices referred to in Article 1(1) are produced.

Starting Materials means (a) those consigned finished goods components for inclusion in drug product kits, and (b) such other materials as the parties hereto shall agree on in writing from time to time, which Adams shall deliver to Cardinal.

• CG shall be responsible for testing the Starting Materials (API) to be used in the Manufacture of Product for compliance with their specifications.

More Definitions of Starting Materials

Starting Materials means the following materials, which will be provided by Oasmia to Syntagon, “all trans Retinocid Acid”, “13-cis Retinoic Acid” and “17ME-Methylic ester”. Oasmia still owns the material even though Syntagon stores it in its facilities.

Starting Materials means: • raw materials: active and inactive ingredients necessary for the production of the Products; • materials that, although no longer contained in the Product, were used for the manufacture of the Product (e.g. water, organic solvents); and • packaging materials. Those are listed in the Master Manufacturing Instructions.
