Transaction Document definition

Transaction Document means any agreement, document, certificate or instrument delivered pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Transaction Document means any of this Agreement, the Originator Purchase Agreement, the Lock-Box Agreement, the Cash Collateral Agreement, the Fee Agreements and all amendments to any of the foregoing and all other agreements and documents delivered and/or related hereto or thereto.

Transaction Document means, each of, the Other Notes, the SEPA, the Registration Rights Agreement and any and all documents, agreements, instruments or other items executed or delivered in connection with any of the foregoing.
