Trading Data definition

Trading Data means any data of a kind listed in Annex V-1, Tables 2-7 and 9;
Trading Data has the meaning set out in Section 4 of these Terms of Use.
Trading Data means the Nominations, Allocations and other information provided by Participants under paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, as modified or replaced in accordance with this Code;

Examples of Trading Data in a sentence

  • The CMA's calculations during R3 Settlement Runs will factor in all new SPID Data and Trading Data submitted to it since Settlement Run R2 (particularly Meter Reads that are performed on a bi-annual basis).

  • The CMA's calculations during applicable R4 Settlement Runs will factor in all new SPID Data and Trading Data submitted to it since Settlement Run R3.

  • The CMA's calculations during R2 Settlement Runs will factor in all new SPID Data and Trading Data submitted to it since Settlement Run R1 (particularly Meter Reads that are performed on a monthly basis).

  • Further to the above, the Company may also request further information to improve its Service to you (Existing or Potential Clients) or our activities (if you are our Provider for Trading Data) under our relevant Agreement, as the case may be, or comply with Applicable Regulations.

Related to Trading Data

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • trading desk means a well-identified group of dealers set up by the institution to jointly manage a portfolio of trading book positions in accordance with a well-defined and consistent business strategy and operating under the same risk management structure.".

  • Transaction Data means observable prices, rates, indices or values representing transactions between unaffiliated counterparties in an active market subject to competitive supply and demand forces;

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of computer data or any other form that is held by a service provider relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic or content data, by which can be established:

  • Trading System means the Company’s electronic trade execution system that is used for the trading of Swaps, including the associated hardware, software, systems and communications links.

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Customer to verify the Call Off Contract Charges already paid or payable and Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be paid during the remainder of this Call Off Contract, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or Deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs) and the unit cost and total actual costs of all hardware and software; operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of goods and any other consumables and bought-in services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier’s Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Call Off Contract Period and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period.

  • Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.

  • Trading Session means the period of time during any given calendar day, commencing with the determination of the opening price on the Applicable Exchange and ending on the determination of the closing price on the Applicable Exchange during the regular trading session, in which trading in UTC Shares, Carrier Shares or Otis Shares (as applicable) is permitted on the Applicable Exchange.

  • trading book means all positions in financial instruments and commodities held by an institution either with trading intent or in order to hedge positions held with trading intent;

  • Listing Information means an Onvoy Customer’s primary name, address (including city, state and zip code), telephone number(s), the delivery address and number of directories to be delivered, and, in the case of a business Customer, the primary business heading under which the business Customer desires to be placed, and any other information Frontier deems necessary for the publication and delivery of directories.

  • Trading Disruption means (a) with respect to an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), any suspension of or limitation imposed on trading by the relevant Exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise and whether by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the relevant Exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise (i) on any relevant Exchange(s) relating to securities that comprise 20 per cent. or more of the level of the relevant Index, or (ii) in futures or options contracts relating to the relevant Index on any relevant Related Exchange; or (b) with respect to a Multiple Exchange Index, any suspension of or limitation imposed on trading by the relevant Exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise and whether by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the relevant exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise (i) relating to any Component Security on the Exchange in respect of such Component Security, or (ii) in futures or options contracts relating to the relevant Indexon any relevant Related Exchange.

  • City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.

  • Subscriber Reports means the monthly Subscriber reports to be provided by Affiliate to the Authorized Representative in terms of Clause 11 of this Agreement.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Trading Cushion means the mandatory minimum fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • Shareholder Data means all information maintained on the records database of Transfer Agent concerning Shareholders.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.
