Total Flow definition

Total Flow means the total amount of wastewater flowing into the Common Partnership System and includes the wastewater and I/I contributed to such system by the Member Towns and all of their users. Total flow for each Member Town shall be based on measured flows from each Member Town plus (or minus) a flow proportional adjustment for Infiltration/Inflow (I/I) in Common Partnership System components. Estimated I/I flows should be periodically checked at a frequency to be determined by the Commission. Total flow shall be the recorded flow received each day. The Average Annual Flow shall be reported as the monthly average flow for the previous 12 months.

More Definitions of Total Flow

Total Flow means the sum of relieving and burdening flows as result of a flow decomposition on a single network element and is equal to the total flow of a load flow calculation on the same network element;
Total Flow means the sum of the design flows for all wastewater systems on a lot.
Total Flow means the sum of measured flow received at the WPCF including, but not limited to, wastewater from Chatham, East Harwich Service Area, septage, and grease.   • Leverage means the aggregate amount of indebtedness of the Company for money borrowed (including purchase money mortgage loans) outstanding at any time, both secured and unsecured.

  • Consolidated Total Funded Debt means, as of the date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all Funded Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such date, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability per student means the anticipated total county revenue availability for the county divided by the average daily membership of the county.
