Tokens definition

Tokens means the serialized proof of purchase of a Cloud Plan that is used by CPI in connection with enabling Services and/or provisioning Charging Stations.

Tokens means the ERC-20 based tokens having a Smart Contract address of 0x40557855dE199e80ef5f3A1A5cC1Eb53c131A270, provided that in the event of a fork, the Company shall have sole discretion in defining a new Smart Contract address for Tokens, if necessary.
