MTS Communications shall notify BellSouth in writing upon execution of any agreement between the Host and its Guest within ten (10) calendar days (in Mississippi, 10 business days) of its execution and prior to any Firm Order.
Resident agrees to indemnify each Released Party for any injuries to Resident or any Guest or other person or property that arises in connection with occupancy or use by Resident or any Guest of Resident.

If Resident desires to have an Overnight Guest (any person staying in the Resident’s assigned bedroom space or apartment for more than three total nights in any 30-day period), then Resident must register the Overnight Guest(s) with Owner.
