this Trust Deed definition

this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed (as from time to time altered in accordance with this Trust Deed) and any other document executed in accordance with this Trust Deed (as from time to time so altered) and expressed to be supplemental to this Trust Deed;

this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed and the Schedules (as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions contained herein) and (unless the context requires otherwise) includes any deed or other document executed in accordance with the provisions hereof (as from time to time modified as aforesaid) and expressed to be supplemental hereto;

this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed and the Schedules and any trust deed or other document executed in accordance with the provisions hereof (as from time to time modified) and the Schedules (if any) thereto and expressed to be supplemental hereto.

Examples of this Trust Deed in a sentence

• The Trustee may appoint as custodian, on any terms, any bank or entity whose business includes the safe custody of documents or any lawyer or firm of lawyers believed by it to be of good repute and may deposit this Trust Deed and any other documents with such custodian and pay all sums due in respect thereof.

• The Trustee need not notify anyone of the execution of this Trust Deed or do anything to find out if an Event of Default or Potential Event of Default has occurred.

• Section 1 of the Trustee Act 2000 shall not apply to the duties of the Trustee in relation to the trusts constituted by this Trust Deed.

• Such remuneration shall accrue from day to day from the date of this Trust Deed.

• As between itself and the Noteholders and Couponholders, the Trustee may determine all questions and doubts arising in relation to any of the provisions of this Trust Deed.

this Trust Deed or “these presents” means this Principal Trust Deed and Schedules (as from time to time modified in accordance with the provisions herein contained) and includes the relevant Supplemental Trust Deed;

this Trust Deed means this document as a whole, as amended from time to time;
