Third Amendment and Restatement Agreement definition

Third Amendment and Restatement Agreement means the Amendment and Restatement Agreement dated as of February 23, 2012 among the Borrower and certain Agents and Lenders party thereto.
Third Amendment and Restatement Agreement means the agreement for the third amendment and restatement of this Agreement, dated 2 September 2016.
Third Amendment and Restatement Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
