Intermediate Parent definition

Intermediate Parent means any Subsidiary of Holdings and of which the Borrower is a subsidiary.
Intermediate Parent means any subsidiary of Holdings of which Intermediate Holdings is a subsidiary.
Intermediate Parent has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.

  • None of Holdings, any Intermediate Parent, the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is engaged principally, or as one of its important activities, in the business of extending credit for the purpose of purchasing or carrying Margin Stock.
