The Global definition

The Global. Notes representing Regulation S Notes, together with their Successor Notes which are Global Notes other than Restricted Global Notes, are collectively herein called the "Regulation S Global Note." The Notes will be issued only in registered form. The Notes will be issued in minimum denominations of $100,000 and multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
The Global. Note shall provide that it shall represent the aggregate amount of outstanding Notes from time to time endorsed thereon and that the aggregate amount of outstanding Notes represented thereby may from time to time be reduced or increased, as appropriate, to reflect exchanges and redemptions. Any endorsement of the Global Note to reflect the amount of any increase or decrease in the amount of outstanding Notes represented thereby shall be made by the Trustee or the Note Custodian (as hereinafter defined), at the direction of the Trustee, in accordance with instructions given by the Holder thereof as required by Section 2.06 hereof.

  • Citigroup means Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

  • The Goods means all of the supplies, equipment, machinery, spare parts, other materials and/or general support services which the Supplier is required to provide to the Procuring Entity under the Contract.
