Note Custodian definition

Note Custodian means the Trustee, as custodian with respect to the Notes in global form, or any successor entity thereto.
Note Custodian means the Trustee when serving as custodian for the Depositary with respect to the Global Notes, or any successor entity thereto.
Note Custodian means the custodian with respect to any Global Note appointed by DTC, or any successor Person thereto, and shall initially be the Trustee.

Examples of Note Custodian in a sentence

  • Book-entry interests in the Global Notes will be shown on, and transfers thereof will be effected only through, records maintained in book-entry form by the Common Depositary, Note Custodian, Euroclear, Clearstream or DTC, as applicable, and their respective Participants.

  • The Global Notes shall be deposited upon issuance with the Common Depositary, as common depositary for the accounts of the applicable Depositories and registered in the name of the nominee of the applicable Common Depositary for the accounts of Euroclear or Clearstream (in the case of the Euro Notes), or with the Note Custodian, as custodian for the applicable Depositary and registered in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of the applicable Depositary (in the case of the Dollar Notes).
