Test Program definition

Test Program means a software program provided by Infineon to test the Wafers.
Test Program means all of the administrations of a test of the same name during a testing year.

Test Program means the Wafer sort test and/or final test program(s) supplied by Hua Hong NEC, or subcontractors or Customer for the performance of the Services.
