Temporary Regulation S Global Securities. On or after the termination of the Restricted Period, interests in any Temporary Regulation S Global Security of a series shall be exchangeable for corresponding interests in an unrestricted Permanent Regulation S Global Security of the same series (each a “Permanent Regulation S Global Security”) in fully registered form without interest coupons, substantially in the form set forth in Sections 202 and 203, with such applicable legends as are provided for in Sections 202 and 204 and in accordance with the immediately following paragraph.
