Temporary event definition

Temporary event means any place or premises operating at a fixed location where a tattoo artist performs tattooing procedures for no more than seven days consecutively in conjunction with a single event or celebration.
Temporary event means a special occurrence or celebration that is community wide, such as a fair, carnival, public exhibition, festival, or similar occasion that lasts no more than 14 days. A temporary event does not include ongoing commercial activities, such as a sale at a retail store.
Temporary event means an event that operates at a fixed location for a period of time of not more than fourteen (14) consecutive days in conjunction with a single event or celebration.

  • Owner will notify Customer of such Temporary Event in advance, or as soon after implementation as is practicable.

  • Except as required pursuant to Sections 5.2, 10.1, or 19 of this Agreement, Owner will not be responsible for the payment of any costs incurred by Customer or its transportation carrier for any delay in receiving or delivering Product or any other costs or fees, including freight, car leases and demurrage, as a result of such Temporary Event.

  • Owner will notify Customer of such Temporary Event in advance, or as soon after implementation as is practicable but in no event later than twenty-four (24) hours after the commencement of a Temporary Event.


More Definitions of Temporary event

Temporary event means an event that is not more than three (3) calendar days in duration, is not regularly occurring occasion, and is one that is held in a specific location zoned for such an event. Alcohol may be served at a temporary event between the hours of 7:00a.m. to 11:59 p.m.(t) Underage license means a Class I license which may be issued to a retail consumption dealer with less than 50 percent of its gross annual sales derived from the sale of prepared food and which enables such retail consumption dealer to allow persons between the ages of 18 and 21 to enter the premises to attend live entertainment performances. Class I license holders shall utilize a scanner at all points of entry to screen patrons in order to distinguish between those patrons above and below the age of 21.

Temporary event means an activity or use of limited duration that involves the placement of non-permanent structures and/or involves exclusive use of sandy beach, parkland, filled tidelands, water, streets or parking area which is otherwise open and available for general public use. For purposes of this definition, limited duration means a period of time which does not exceed a two week period on a continual basis, or does not exceed a consecutive four month period on an intermittent basis.
