The Syndicate Members and their affiliates are diversified financial institutions with relationships in countries around the world.
Neither this Agreement nor the receipt by the Syndicate Members or their respective Groups of confidential information or any other matter shall give rise to any fiduciary, equitable or contractual duties (including any duty of trust or confidence) that would prevent or restrict such Syndicate Member or its Group from acting on behalf of other customers or for their own accounts or in any other capacity.
The Syndicate Members requesting a General Meeting must give 14 days notice of the General Meeting to each Syndicate Member.
A General Meeting of the Syndicate may be called at any time at the request of three or more Syndicate Members.
In the ordinary course of their various business activities, the Syndicate Members and their respective affiliates may purchase, sell or hold a broad array of investments and actively trade securities, derivatives, loans, commodities, currencies, credit default swaps and other financial instruments for their own account and for the accounts of their customers.
