Swing Line Note definition

Swing Line Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to the Swing Line Lender or its registered assigns, in substantially the form of Exhibit D-3 hereto, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to the Swing Line Lender resulting from the Swing Line Loans.

Swing Line Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a).

Swing Line Note has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(ii).

Examples of Swing Line Note in a sentence

• Each Borrower, and each endorser and guarantor of this Swing Line Note, waives presentment, demand, notice, and protest, and also waives any delay on the part of the holder hereof.

• This Swing Line Note shall be deemed to constitute a Loan Document for all purposes under the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Swing Line Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Swing Line Lender or its registered assigns, in substantially the form of Exhibit C-3 hereto, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Swing Line Lender resulting from the Swing Line Loans.

Swing Line Note means the promissory note of the Borrowers substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2, payable to the order of the Swing Line Lender, evidencing the Swing Line Loans made by the Swing Line Lender.

Swing Line Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit B-3, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Swing Line Note as defined in subsection 2.4(b).

Swing Line Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of the Swing Line Lender evidencing Swing Line Loans made by the Swing Line Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-3.

Swing Line Note means any promissory note of Company issued pursuant to subsection 2.1E to evidence the Swing Line Loans of Swing Line Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit VI annexed hereto.

Swing Line Note means the swing line note which may be issued by the Borrower to Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.5(b)(ii) hereof in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, as such note may be amended or supplemented from time to time, and any note or notes issued in substitution, replacement or renewal thereof from time to time.
