Swing Line Loans definition

Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.6.

Swing Line Loans means the Loans made by Swing Line Lender to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii).

Swing Line Loans has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(c).

Examples of Swing Line Loans in a sentence

• The Swing Line Lender shall be responsible for invoicing the Borrower for interest on the Swing Line Loans.

• The Borrower shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Loans directly to the Swing Line Lender.

• Swing Line Lender’s Revolving Commitment shall expire on the Revolving Commitment Termination Date and all Swing Line Loans and all other amounts owed hereunder with respect to the Swing Line Loans and the Revolving Commitments shall be paid in full no later than such date.

• The US Borrower and the European Borrower shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Loans directly to the Swing Line Lender.

• The obligations of the Lenders hereunder to make Loans, to fund participations in Letters of Credit and Swing Line Loans and to make payments pursuant to Section 11.04(c) are several and not joint.
