Swing Line Borrowing definition

Swing Line Borrowing means a borrowing of a Swing Line Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.

Swing Line Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of a Swing Line Advance made by the Swing Line Bank.

Swing Line Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of a Swing Line Advance made by the Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.01(b) or the Revolving Credit Lenders pursuant to Section 2.02(b).

• Each Swing Line Borrowing shall be made upon the irrevocable notice by the Borrower Representative (on behalf of the Borrowers) to the Swing Line Lender and the Administrative Agent, which notice may be by telephone.

• For the period from the date of such Swing Line Borrowing and ending on the date the Lenders fund their participations in such Swing Line Advance in accordance with Section 2.20(d), such interest shall be for the sole account of the Swing Line Lenders.
