Supporting Parties definition

Supporting Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble and, for greater certainty, includes the beneficial holders of Notes and, if applicable, Shares, that are, in each case, signatories hereto, the signatories to support agreements in the form hereof and each signatory to a Joinder Agreement and who own or control as of the Agreement Date not less than 85% of the Notes and not less than 79% of the Shares.
Supporting Parties means the Supporting First Lien Creditors, the Supporting Second Lien Creditors, and the MDT II.
Supporting Parties means the lenders under the Prepetition ABL Facility or beneficial owners of Prepetition Notes that are, and any transferee of a Supporting Party that becomes, a party to the Restructuring Support Agreement in accordance therewith.
