Subsequently Occupied Space definition

Subsequently Occupied Space has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(f).
Subsequently Occupied Space is defined in Section 4.6(f). "Subsidiary" is defined in§ 3(w)(4) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1813(w)(4), as amended. "Signature" is defined in Recital A. "Transferred QFC" means a Qualified Financial Contract that is not an Excluded QFC, and all QFC Related Items relating to that Qualified Financial Contract. "Underserved Area" means a census track designated as an underserved middle-income nonmetropolitan track on the most recent List of Middle-Income Non-Metropolitan Distressed or Underserved Geographies as published by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council ("FFIEC") on the FFIEC website. The attached Schedule 4.l(b) is a list of Bank Premises, if any, located in Underserved Areas. ARTICLE II.

Related to Subsequently Occupied Space

  • Child-occupied facility means a building or portion of a building constructed prior to 1978, visited regularly by the same child, age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours. Child-occupied facilities may include, but are not limited to, day-care centers, preschools and kindergarten classrooms.

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack or locker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Prior Occupancy means Owner’s use of all or parts of the Project before Substantial Completion, as more fully set forth in Section 6.08 A.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • domestic premises means any premises used wholly or partly as a dwelling or intended for such use;

  • Occupancy Date means the date on which occupancy of all Units in a Project is permitted;

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).

  • Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.

  • Usable space means all the space on a pole, except the portion below ground level, the 20 feet of safety clearance space above ground level, and the safety clearance space between communications and power circuits. There is a rebuttable presumption that six feet of a pole are buried below ground level.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.
