Subsequent Pool Balance definition

Subsequent Pool Balance means, with respect to all of the Subsequent Receivables transferred on a Funding Date, the aggregate Principal Balance of such Subsequent Receivables as of the related Subsequent Cut-Off Date.
Subsequent Pool Balance means an amount equal to the aggregate Principal Balance, as of the date of origination, of the Receivables listed on Schedule B hereto that were originated after the Initial Cutoff Date.
Subsequent Pool Balance means, with respect to all of the subsequent receivables transferred on a funding date, the aggregate principal balance of such subsequent receivables as of the related subsequent cut-off date.

  • Class Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, at any time, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Outstanding Certificates of such Class.

  • Subsequent Receivables means the Receivables transferred to the Issuer pursuant to Section 2.2, which shall be listed on Schedule A to the related Subsequent Transfer Agreement.
