The Certificates shall be issued with an initial face amount equal to the Original Certificate Balance and in minimum denominations of $25,000 and in integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof; provided, that the final aggregate $52,083,335.64 distributed to the Certificateholders under the Basic Documents shall be deemed to repay the Certificate Balance in full and reduce the face amount of the Certificates to $0.
