Subpart E means 45 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 164, Subpart E, which consists of Sections 164.500 et seq., as amended from time to time.

  • When the MCOP is required to carry out an obligation of ODM under Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164, the MCOP agrees to comply with all applicable requirements of Subpart E that would apply to ODM in the performance of such obligation.

  • Covered Entity shall not request Business Associate to Use or Disclose Protected Health Information in any manner that wouldnot be permissible under Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164 if done by Covered Entity.

  • Annexure D means, if applicable to services rendered at JOBURG MARKET’s premises by the Contractor, the Occupational Health and Safety Act Agreement entered into between the Parties in terms of section 37(2) of that Act.
