Subordinate Certificate definition

Subordinate Certificate. Any one of the Class M Certificates or Class B Certificates, executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Certificate Registrar substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit B and Exhibit C, respectively.

Subordinate Certificate. Any of the Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 or Class B-6 Certificates.

Subordinate Certificate. Any Class A-S, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F and Class NR Certificate.

• Any such consent by the Holder of this Subordinate Certificate shall be conclusive and binding on such Holder and upon all future Holders of this Subordinate Certificate and of any Subordinate Certificate issued upon the registration of transfer hereof or in exchange herefor or in lieu hereof whether or not notation of such consent is made upon this Subordinate Certificate.
