Class H Certificate definition

Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class H Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-17 hereto.

Class H Certificate. A Certificate designated as "Class H" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-18 hereto, and evidencing a "regular interest" in the Upper-Tier REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

• The Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee, the Paying Agent, the Underwriters, the Placement Agents and to each Holder of a Class [F], Class [G] and Class [H] Certificate a copy of the notice of such Servicing Transfer Event provided by the Servicer to the Special Servicer pursuant to this Section.

• No transfer of any Class H Certificate shall be made unless that transfer is made pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act, and effective registration or qualification under applicable state securities laws, or is made in a transaction that does not require such registration or qualification.

Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates that collectively constitute the Class bearing the alphabetic class designation "H".
