Subject Intellectual Property definition

Subject Intellectual Property. (also referred to as "Subject IP") means property and the legal rights therein relating to inventions which may be patentable or otherwise protectable, test data and reports, patent applications, patents, copyrights, trademarks, mask works, trade secrets and any other legally protectable information, including technical data and computer software, first made or generated during the performance of work under this Agreement.
Subject Intellectual Property means all intellectual property required for the GSRP Entities to operate the Business in the ordinary course following the Closing Date, and for which GSAM or its Affiliates exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to such intellectual property and which was created, developed or procured by GSAM or its Affiliates for the primary purpose of the GSRP Entities’ use.
Subject Intellectual Property means Pre-Collaboration Illumina Intellectual Property, Collaboration Illumina Intellectual Property, Collaboration Joint Intellectual Property, Pre-Collaboration PEB Intellectual Property, or Collaboration PEB Intellectual Property, including Subject Patents.

More Definitions of Subject Intellectual Property

Subject Intellectual Property means Licensed Intellectual Property together with the Owned Intellectual Property.
