Stormwater Plan definition

Stormwater Plan means a plan approved by the City of Duvall for the purpose of controlling the quantity and quality of stormwater from the subject property, consisting of a TIR and site improvement plans.

More Definitions of Stormwater Plan

Stormwater Plan means that certain stormwater plan prepared in connection with Land Disturbance Permit (“LDP”) No. 2008-2009 for Road Improvements on the Property proposed by Developer and approved by Whatcom County, dated February 19, 2010, and any updates or addendums thereto.
