Stage Certificate definition

Stage Certificate means a certificate issued pursuant to Clauses 49.4 or 49.6 in respect of the achievement of any Stage or any part of a Stage and the date of achievement of any Stage or any part of a Stage shall be the date identified in the relevant Stage Certificate;
Stage Certificate means a certificate in the form set out in Appendix V;

Examples of Stage Certificate in a sentence

  • A Post Construction Stage Certificate for each dwelling/dwelling type assessed shall be provided to the Local Planning Authority in writing, confirming that the required Code level has been met, prior to the first occupation of the first dwelling comprised in the development to which the certificate relates.

  • Within 3 months of work starting on site, a Code for Sustainable Homes Interim (Design Stage) Certificate, issued by the Building Research Establishment (BRE), must be submitted to the Local Planning Authority to show that a minimum Level 4 rating will be achieved.

  • A Post Construction Stage Certificate issued by BRE for the development shall be submitted for the approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority prior to the first occupation of the development.

  • No development shall take place until a Design Stage Certificate issued by BRE has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

  • No development shall commence until a Design Stage Certificate for each residential unit (prepared by a Code for Sustainable Homes qualified Assessor) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority to demonstrate compliance with part (a).

  • No development shall commence until a Design Stage Certificate for each building (prepared by a Building Research Establishment qualified Assessor) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority to demonstrate compliance with part (a).

  • The HKQAA Pre-issuance Stage Certificate does not and is not in any way intended to address the likelihood of timely payment of interest when due on the Notes and/or the payment of principal at maturity or any other date.

  • Within 3 months of building work starting on site, a Code for Sustainable Homes Interim (Design Stage) Certificate, issued by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) or equivalent authorizing body, must be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing to show that a minimum Level 4 rating will be achieved for each of the proposed dwellings.

  • The issuance of the HKQAA Pre-issuance Stage Certificate relating to each series of Notes by the HKQAA was addressed solely to the Branch Issuers and is not a recommendation to any person to purchase, hold or sell the Notes and such certification does not address the market price or suitability of the Notes for a particular investor.

Related to Stage Certificate

  • Single Certificate With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates), a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a Percentage Interest for such Class corresponding to an initial Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount of $1,000. With respect to the Class P Certificates and the Residual Certificates, a hypothetical Certificate of such Class evidencing a 20% Percentage Interest in such Class.

  • Class CE Certificate Any one of the Class CE Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-7 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC VI for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Applicable Certificate Has the meaning specified in Section 1.01 of this Trust Supplement.

  • Private Certificate As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class C Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class C” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class A Certificate Any Class A-1 Certificate, Class A-2 Certificate, Class A-3 Certificate, Class A-4 Certificate, Class A-5 Certificate, Class A-6 Certificate or Class A-7 Certificate.

  • Class B Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class B-1 Certificate, Class B-2 Certificate or Class B-3 Certificate.

  • Class A-R Certificate The Certificate executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-R and Exhibit C hereto.

  • Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.

  • Class B-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-5 Certificate.
