Sponsored Program definition

Sponsored Program means projects or activities, other than Research, undertaken within the University pursuant to funding from an external source.
Sponsored Program means a research, instruction or service activity either financially supported, authorized or managed by the University.
Sponsored Program means any activity conducted at or under the auspices of NYU Langone that receives funding from outside NYU Langone other than a Human Subjects Research project and a Non-Human Subjects Research project, including education and service activities. (Exception: CME Activities– Commercial support of any certified-CME-activity is not a Sponsored Program.)

  • Performance by University under this Agreement may be dependent upon the appropriation and allotment of funds by the Texas State Legislature (the "Legislature"), allocation of funds by the Board of Regents of The Texas State University System (the "Board") or funding availability through a Sponsored Program Funding Agency.

  • A similar statement should be obtained from the Sponsored Program Office or similar business office in the event the subcontract is with a University or other research institution.

More Definitions of Sponsored Program

Sponsored Program means a program to be financed, on an agreed basis, out of the proceeds of the Credit and the proceeds of funds provided by international non-governmental organizations participating in the Project; and
